My passion is helping people improve their physical performance and seeing the positive impact it has on their life. I am thankful for all the great people I‘ve had the opportunity to work with. The truth is, they have brought as much to my life as I have to theirs.


I’ve had the opportunity to work with top athletes, people with disabilities, and everyone in between. It amazes me how I still get a rush of energy when I work with a new client. Everyday is new and every person is unique. I love putting my knowledge to work in all aspects of healthy living and human performance.


Top Form has helped me dedicate my life to helping others and turn my passion into a vehicle of change. I am so thankful for the day I discovered Top Form as it has helped me share my knowledge and change the lives of hundreds of people.

Helping others has taken me on a great journey over the past several years. I have shared the frustrations of my family, friends and clients who were trying to exercise and eat healthy but were finding it difficult, if not impossible, to achieve true wellness. This inspired me to further my education in nutrition.


When I followed the path of science, it didn’t match up with the food pyramid we all know. The truth about the safety of today’s food is being whispered and not shouted. One of our biggest environmental exposures is our food supply.


As a result we all suffer from inflammatory disorders, auto-immune disorders, diabetes, neuromuscular disorders, cancer, and many others. This problem is one that exercise alone cannot cure.
